What inspires me? When the right light turns something mundane into something beautiful and changes my mood. I feel special to have witnessed it and try to capture the feeling in my art. I want to hear not that you've been to that location but that you've felt that moment before.
Like when the sun lights up a drab forest scene with a blaze of colour just before sunset

Although born in Québec, Michelle was raised in Kingston Ontario.  Her pride of the downtown core as well as the beautiful areas that surround this town are represented in the work she does.  Landscapes and cityscapes alike reflect her passion for the natural beauty of the place she calls home.
